Tesse Wolfson Doug did a good job estimating how out of shape I am ("regular out of shape"--a 32 year old fat guy who isn't "supposed" to be fat) and working me a satisfying amount out. I took a short break in the middle (after "crawling" and before "sit against the wall") and stopped burpy-ing a little early but cheating is part of working out, I think. I don't really work out though. Not until today. Favorite track: Release the Butt.
